If you are submitting an abstract or symposia and require a visa, please indicate by ticking the box when prompted. If you are registering as an attendee and require a visa, please indicate by ticking the box when prompted. Registrations must be paid in full before a letter of invitation is provided.

Should you require hotel accommodation during your stay at the symposia, you will be prompted during the registration process to book your room. Please note that the host hotels will not take reservations directly for this symposium, as we have secured discounted rates through our booking site.
